Pre-natal massage is therapy designed to meet the needs of the expectant mother and alleviate aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Pre-natal massage is usually begun in the second or third trimester. You will be comfortably positioned on your side, supported by pillows, or you can lie on your belly with the aid of a specially designed pregnancy massage pillow. Care is taken to provide you with a quiet, serene atmosphere where you can be comfortable and feel nurtured.
